This Space Mindtoon™ Meditation experience by Mindtoon Lab helps focus on space and the felt quality or sensation of space inside of you.

Space is can be a metaphor. If we can cultivate more of a sense of space felt inside of ourselves and in our interactions, we’ll be more calm, more balanced, more present.

Mind-Body Therapist Marcel Allbritton guides you through steps involving breath and gentle motion while you sit comfortably with eyes closed. The meditation design is grounded in principles of mind-body therapy and delivered via the Mindtoon™ framework.

Aligning inhale and exhale with gentle movement relaxes the body and focuses the mind. This Mindtoon™ helps you reach a relaxed and focused state, then guides you to feel the sense of space inside of you.

One of the best metaphors to explain what happens when you do this daily practice is that it allows you to cultivate a sense of space.

Space in your reaction to things as they happen. In other words, you respond more than react. Space in your thinking. So it’s less cluttered. More spacious. Space in your presence.
And also a felt sense of space just physically inside of yourself. Less tightness.

The felt quality of space may deepen as you you repeat the meditation over several days or weeks.
